Four workshops a year, for two years:

One bridge to the business you were built to steward.

The Strategic Thinking Network is a small, application-only gathering for Christian business owners and CEOs who want a stronger company without setting their faith down to build it.

One day, fully devoted to the work.

Every quarterly workshop runs 9 AM to 4 PM in Tampa. Breakfast and lunch are provided so the only thing on the agenda is the thinking.

Todd's facilitation style

Todd leads from experience, not theory. He built Office Pride into roughly 150 franchise locations before stepping back as Executive Chairman. The room feels less like a seminar and more like a boardroom that happens to have thirty CEOs sitting around it.

Workshops are co-facilitated by Tom Goodlet, whose background in Leader Effectiveness Training keeps the day structured around real dialogue: teaching blocks, then breakout work, then direct accountability, rather than four hours of slides.

8:15 AM

Arrival & Breakfast

The room settles in before the day starts. This is where relationships actually begin.

9:00 AM

Reflection, Sharing & Collaboration

Attendees reflect on where they are and open the day's thinking together before Todd introduces the theme.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Major Theme Teaching & Tool Application

Todd teaches the day's major theme, then the room applies it directly to their own business in peer huddles.

12:00 PM

Working Buffet Lunch

A working lunch with an AI and hot-topic discussion.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Deep-Dive Teachings & Tools

Todd and Tom lead the room through deeper teaching and tools that carry through to the close of the day.

Tom Goodlet, Co-Facilitator

Tom co-facilitates the day alongside Todd, bringing a background in Leader Effectiveness Training from Gordon Training International that keeps the day structured around real dialogue rather than one-way teaching.

He's also CEO of Two Penny Consulting, a best-selling author, and a former pastor, publisher, and podcaster.

Everything you need to get there.

Under thirty seats filled by application, not by who signs up first.

Every applicant submits company details, revenue range, ownership percentage, and position, so Todd can hand-select a cohort where the peers actually match each other. It's the same logic behind apply-only gatherings: the value isn't the ticket, it's who else is sitting at the table.

The room is small on purpose.
That's what makes it work.

If this looks like the room you've been missing, the next step is a short application, not a purchase. Todd reviews every one personally.

A few things people ask first.
Who is this for?

Christian business owners, founders, and senior leaders who want strategic peers outside their own industry. This isn't a networking group, it's a working cohort.

What does the application process look like?

A short application, followed by a conversation with our team to confirm fit before a seat is offered. We keep cohorts small on purpose.

What happens if a cohort is full?

You're added to the waitlist for the next available cohort and notified the moment a seat opens.

Where do the workshops take place?

All sessions are held in person in Tampa, Florida, for the full two-year duration of your cohort.

What does a typical session look like?

A full day, 9 AM to 4 PM, with breakfast and lunch provided. Todd and Tom lead the teaching, then the room breaks into small groups to apply it directly before regathering to report back.

Do I need to attend every session?

The cohort model depends on continuity: the same room, the same people, every quarter. Consistent attendance is expected. Life happens, and we'll work with you if a conflict comes up, but this isn't built for drop-in attendance.

How is this different from a typical mastermind group?

Most peer groups are built around industry or revenue tier. STN is built around calling. Every cohort blends business strategy with eternal perspective.
